In 2002, SIPJ returned to visit Klang Old Folks Home and brought goodies sponsored by Colgate Palmolive and Nestle. SIPJ also donated a TV and an industrial washing machine to the residents.

SIPJ which was charted on 19 January 1994 under the distinguished patronage of Y.A.Bhg. Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali (wife of Malaysia’s former Prime Minister, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad) has become a vital force in urban social renewal and community upliftment programmes in the Petaling Jaya area over the past decade.

PROJECT UNIVERSITI HOSPITAL

SIPJ's first fund raising dinner was graced by the then Prime Minister's wife, Y.A.Bhg. Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali. The substantial funds raised allowed SIPJ to contribute towards alleviating the plight of pharmatric and premature babies by donating oxymeters to Universiti Hospital's Paediatric Unit in January 1994.
