SIPJ's first fund raising dinner was graced by the then Prime Minister's wife, Y.A.Bhg. Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali. The substantial funds raised allowed SIPJ to contribute towards alleviating the plight of pharmatric and premature babies by donating oxymeters to Universiti Hospital's Paediatric Unit in January 1994.
